"Last Friday" of the month !  You know what that means ... Run Night !

And ... did you know it's Dr. Seuss day
... well officially tomorrow, but we're going to have fun with rhythm and rhymes tonight
... and our Doctor Seuss will be in the house tonight to lead our rhythm and rhymes

Stand still ... it is fun,   Knees up when you run
Punch to center line,   Then elbow behind
Play games with Sensei   Ankush, Kenneth,  Tracy and Ray
Keep balance, don't fall,   Don't lean against the wall
At the end, bow, say thanks ,  This applies to all ranks
