Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.  Now time to get back to work!

Tonight is Work and Play night.

1).  The "Work" part  :  Regular workout 7:00 to 7:45
2).  The "Play" part    :  Mannequin Challenge video dry-run (practice)  7:50 to 8:30
        A).  What is the Mannequin Challenge? ... It is a challenge where a group of people "freeze in place" in the
                   middle of their normal daily activity.  This challenge was recently done at the White House with the
                   Cleveland Caveliers and First Lady Michelle Obama.
         B).  The real mannequin challenge will be held during Friday's (12/02/16) class
         C).  If you want to participate in the practice tonight or the actual on Friday, your mom or dad must
                    register you at the Admin Desk.  See Sensei Tracy or Ms Julie
          D).  Moms and Dads, if you wish to be part of this video, you also must sign in.

0).  Rock & Roll night!  Do you know how to Rock & Roll?  Don't miss tonight's workout!

1).  Open Enrollment for New Students available tonight and will run through Tuesday Nov. 15, 2016. 

2).  A.  Bring a friend and introduce them to YOUR Martial Arts program!
        B.  If your friend joins by enrolling and purchases a uniform,  you will receive a $5-Dojo Dollar Certificate
        C.  This promotion ends on Nov.15, 2016

3).  Due to Conferences, Conventions, School Meetings, and the Thanksgiving Holiday ... the following dates are the ONLY classes we will be able to have in November :(  Nov 1, Nov 4, Nov 15, Nov 29. ... but remember that "Your dojo is always with you" !  So workout and train at home if class is closed!
