Congratulations to Students !

Congratulations to all White Belt students who tested and attained their next rank !
Now that you have attained a new rank, you must remember to bring everything that you know to the future classed that you attend.  You continue to build your knowledge and abilities by learning new skills AND not forgetting the current skills you have.  

ALL Students should keep in mind that EVERY CLASS is a "test".  

Find 5 minutes every day to train yourself on something that needs to improve; just 5 minutes!  Maybe 1 minute for Push Ups, and 1 minute for Standing Still and not looking around, and 1 minute for Kicking Stance,  and 1 minute for Load and Blocks, etc.  Be sure to go through the "Mental Checks" for anything that you practice!

                  in handling all Test Registrations, and Rank Promotion Stripes and Belts.
                  With our large classes and test groups, Mrs. M's administration duties
                  are put to "the test" on every class, every week.  

=====>  Also Thank You to the High Belt team who assisted in the testing.  They are
                  invaluable members of this dojo, and excellent examples of students in
                  Martial Arts.

*****>  A very special CONGRATULATIONS  to our Brown Belt Student Nik De, 
                  and former student Matthew Makmur (son of Mrs. M) for their acceptance
                  to Rutgers University!  The will begin their college journey in Sept.2013.
