Now that you have attained a new rank, you must remember to bring everything that you know to the future classed that you attend. You continue to build your knowledge and abilities by learning new skills AND not forgetting the current skills you have.
ALL Students should keep in mind that EVERY CLASS is a "test".
Find 5 minutes every day to train yourself on something that needs to improve; just 5 minutes! Maybe 1 minute for Push Ups, and 1 minute for Standing Still and not looking around, and 1 minute for Kicking Stance, and 1 minute for Load and Blocks, etc. Be sure to go through the "Mental Checks" for anything that you practice!
