March 26  -  Tuesday  -  Martial Arts Class CLOSED; per Conackamack Administration
March 29  -  Friday      -  Martial Arts Class CLOSED; per Conackamack Administration
Off-Site Training Information and Registration available tonight 3/22/19 at Admin Desk
                                  $10 per class (Walk-In Next Week)  or $15 (Pre-Pay Tonight)  
                    Exact change is greatly appreciated if you plan to register for the off-site training. Thank You!

Purple Belt Rank and Higher
​o  Remember that Purple Belt level class ends at 8:30 +/- a few minutes, but if you have to leave
       and miss your level of training, that would be your decision.  Your success takes time, effort and
       understanding.  Success does not magically happen just because the color or your belt is Purple.
o  Be sure to bring your sparring gear to every class
o  In order to assure safety and minimize injuries, Sparring / Protective equipment is Mandatory
        for Impact Training and Controlled Sparring 
o  Equipment order forms are available at the Admin. Desk.
