1). Friday 11/15/13; White Belt students who are re-testing, please be at the dojo and ready to go by 6:45 PM.
2). We will need 2 Assistant Instructors to help Sensei Tracy with the WB-Re-Test. Please arrive at the dojo as early as possible. Thank you.
3). Yellow Belt Ranks and higher, will focus on katas this evening.
4). Purple Belt Ranks and higher must make an effort to stay for 8:00 to 9:00 training. The farther you fall behind, the more difficult it is to regain enthusiasm to train and move forward.
