As you may know the COVID-19 virus is a health concern affecting the world. All of the colleges, universities, elementary and high schools, and even corporate offices in our area have taken steps to follow guidelines in order to minimize large-group contact. In order to follow guidelines of refraining from being in groups of 20+ people to avoid the spread of COVID-19 ... Piscataway Martial Arts is CLOSED starting TONIGHT, March 13, 2020 Be sure to check back to our Announcements Page for updates on when PMA classes will re-start. Remember that "Your Dojo is always with YOU", so find time to train at home ! I hope that everyone stays safe, stays healthy, and maintains their Warrior Spirit ! ******************************** New Students, White Belts, Yellow Belts, There are many many many of you who are doing very well in class, and I don't want you to lose your momentum during this "COVID-19 break". You all have (or should have) the White Belt Training Guide. This guide outlines the basic exercises and drills that we do in class. Follow this guide to do your drills at home.
