Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy !
Martial Arts Class is still closed ... Due to on-going COVID-19 concerns
Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy !
To ALL PMA Students, Instructors, and Support Teams,
As you may know the COVID-19 virus is a health concern affecting the world. All of the colleges, universities, elementary and high schools, and even corporate offices in our area have taken steps to follow guidelines in order to minimize large-group contact.
In order to follow guidelines of refraining from being in groups of 20+ people to avoid the spread of COVID-19 ... Piscataway Martial Arts is CLOSED starting TONIGHT, March 13, 2020
Be sure to check back to our Announcements Page for updates on when PMA classes will re-start.
Remember that "Your Dojo is always with YOU", so find time to train at home !
I hope that everyone stays safe, stays healthy, and maintains their Warrior Spirit !
New Students, White Belts, Yellow Belts,
There are many many many of you who are doing very well in class, and I don't want you to lose your momentum during this "COVID-19 break".
You all have (or should have) the White Belt Training Guide. This guide outlines the basic exercises and drills that we do in class. Follow this guide to do your drills at home.
If any of you do not have this guide Please send me your contact email using the "Contact" page of this website; please say "White Belt Training Guide Request for : Your Name". The guide will be sent to you in PDF format. Please train at home to continue your momentum! Keep up the great work!
Purple Belt Rank and Higher ...
I would like to be able to reach out to you directly for alternate ways to accomplish your training and testing. Please send me your contact email using the "Contact" page of this website.
Please just say "This is ... Your Name" and my email is ... If you would like to provide a phone number, that would also be great, but I will primarily be using email as a form of direct contact with you.
Lastly, since we are all "connected", take a few seconds to "send" this Warrior Spirit Energy-chant to someone you have trained with at the dojo, or a family member, or friend. It is during difficult times when positive energy is needed most.
In your mind, visualize this person or group of people; Keep them in your mind as you say ...
YOU... you ... you are a Warrior ! You are a Warrior !
I ... I ... I am a Warrior ! I am a Warrior
Your spirit strengthens me !
Your body is a Miracle Machine. Your mind is a powerful weapon. And YOU are a WARRIOR !
