Blue Belts:
Surprise! Your test will be on April 10th, 2015. You will be testing for your first Green stripes.
This should not be too difficult for you. After all, every class is a test and every test is a class.
Please ensure that you have your white uniforms ready for the test, as you cannot test in your blue uniforms.
Here are some physical requirements:
These physical activities will be split into two segments (10 Pushups, 25 Situps, etc) and repeated.
You will also need to know escapes and techniques for the test:

- Salt Assault defense
