As announced during class, students are expected to find time on their own to exercise. Push-ups, Sit-ups, Jumping Jacks, etc. are all strength and stamina exercises, as presented by guides. Execution of exercises is the first part of promoting for rank, so yo must find time to exercise and strengthen yourself on your own. Effective immediately, we will devote only a few minutes to exercise during class. More class time will be devoted to martial arts techniques, traditions, and disciplines.
